I think that maybe she meant to say ‘Would it have been better if HE had approached you in another way to find out if you were gay also.’ I don’t think she was really trying to say you were gay.

Is this a question or a statement? It seems like a question but there is no question mark. Also there is no pronoun before had. “Would it have been better if I had approached you in another way to find out if you were gay also.”

Well, yes. It would have been better if you had approached me in a nicer way instead of jumping to conclusions.

And the answer to your question is no. I’m neither gay nor straight. I’m nice. Unlike you.

I wasn’t bothered by my interaction with him, I was flattered. The only thing that bothered me is that I had led him on without realizing it. The other thing that bothered me is that I could be that big of a space cadet. No, he did the right thing all the way. I did the wrong thing by being clueless. I admit this in my story. The joke isn’t on him, it’s on me. It sounds like you’re coming down pretty hard on me and I don’t know why. This is what I get for pouring my heart out in my blog…

This is 2009 and you had no clue, wow. When I was reading your paper I assumed you were a female until the end. There were no vibes that this man was gay. Would it have been better if had approached you in another way to find out if you were gay also.

Seriously I try to be a really good listener and I feel your pain I end up empathizing too quick. That’s the whole heart on my sleeve thing again.

I find myself also sympathizing with others even when they don’t deserve it. I think alot of people try to feel compassion for others. I always try to look at situations from a different point of view. There are two sides to every story so you never want to judge, or sympathize, too quick.

You’re either actually a really good listener or really good at b.s.ing a writing relfection…lol.
